Abstract

We must build functional, carefully thought out buildings with future multi-purpose uses that are environmentally friendly and energy efficient. The recession in Canada caused negativism. To be optimistic, we need a good leader and a creative method of funding to build projects. Lease-to-own is one method of funding building projects and it can be extended to purchase more items. Lease-to-own reduces cash flow and other issues. There are two methods of construction: the traditional method and the design-build method. The design-build process on a lease-to-own basis offers the opportunity of starting building projects

Roger Wade

ROGER WADE is Vice President Business Development, The Ardecon Group. From 1986 - 1992 Roger was the Director of Business Development and the Director of Human Resources for Inducon. Roger is a  Torontonian, certified Human Resources professional and MBA. Roger believes that people are a companies most valuable asset.
