Hamilton Sees Green Through Innovative Brownfield Programs
Abstract
Discussing the economic, social and environmental benefits of developing brownfield sites, the author looks at the City of Hamilton for successful use of the Environmental Remediation and Site Enhancement (ERASE) CIP programs aimed at the efficient and effective management of contaminated property, and the redevelopment of these properties back into productive land uses.
