Why People Take Ownership and Succeed
Abstract
There are three simple foundations that must be in place for people to be willing and able to take ownership and succeed in accomplishing what is required. These include creating a clear definition and communication of expectations, ensuring that people have the capability to do what is needed, and creating a motivational environment where people will want to do what is expected.
